- Offer a place for clubs, associations or show management services not having acces to a website, to place their premium on our site. The entry form, stall request, RV parking, liability release, etc are created with the ability to type in the information online and then fax or snail mail all paperwork and payment to the show secretary. NO MORE GUESSING WHAT WAS WRITTEN!!
Option B (premium list with online entry form and payment option) (See Form) (See Email Response)
- Have the premium list available with an online entry form for the exhibitor to enter the show, send the entries and payment via email. In addition, all other paperwork, stall order form, RV Parking, etc, will be available in PDF and can be filled in online, printed and faxed to the show secretary.
Option C (online database)
- Each show manager or secretary has an unique userid and password to set up their shows and then manage the entries online generating any reports that are needed such as a class list, results, list of horses, riders, trainers, tracking points for show awards, etc. Once the schedule is created, the mgmt will release the show for exhibitors to enter the show.
- Show manager will have the ability to email the results of each show to the assns that have approved their shows for year end awards.
- Show manager will also have the financial reporting necessary to track the expenses and revenue to create a profit and loss statement, invoice for the exhibitor or trainer, etc.
- Have the premium list online with a login feature for the exhibitor to create their account, enter the rider, horse and class information for a particular show(s) with a payment option and the data is sent to that show's online database.
