Consign Online

This program allows anyone running an auction to take consignments online:

1. Consignor uploads all info on the Auctioneer’s Web Site

-          Name, address, phone etc

-          Description of item to be consigned.  If it is a horse you'd have the following information: Horse(s) Name, breed, color, 3 generation pedigree, general comments

-          Consignment fee is paid online 

2. Auctioneer is notified via secured email of online consignment information
3. Auctioneer logs onto their Administrative area to approve consignment
4. Auctioneer assigns Lot # to each consignment
5. Once step #3 and #4 are done the consignment's information is uploaded onto the online catalog on the Auctioneer’s Site
6. Online Catalog is accessed by the general public on a Web Page on the Auctioneer’s Site
